  • Exhibitor Registration - Now integrated into your exhibitor hub!
    • The registration link will be found once you log into the Hub. If you need assistance, please reach out to Katherine Marsh, [email protected].
  • Exhibitor Hub - Manage your company's exhibitor listing which is what attendees will see on the show's mobile app. Add contact information, pictures and products!
    • Log in with the contact email that has received the confirmation letter. Then create a personalized password to access the hub. If you are unsure who the contact is, please reach out to Katherine Marsh, [email protected].
  • Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit - Download logos and graphics to help promote your presence at the show and increase your brand exposure on social media.
  • Hotel & Travel- Connections Housing is the official housing company for Be + Well. All hotel reservations must be made through Connections Housing to receive discount show rates. Beware of other housing companies claiming to have special rates for this event.

Beware of Scams and Solicitors

There is a known scam afflicting trade shows where exhibitors are contacted by people fraudulently claiming to have and sell the show’s attendee list. Be+Well | Beauty & Wellness Shows do not rent, share, or sell your email or physical address to any third parties. Read the Questex privacy policy. 

Please beware, they often use the show name, show logo or show organizer name in their signature. These companies have no association with Questex or Be+Well.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience that these spammers cause you — we receive these emails too.  

Please be conscientious of potentially disingenuous offers of attendee and hotel lists for Be+Well | Beauty & Wellness Shows unless you receive them directly from your event account representative.

 

HOTELS

Connections Housing (Par Avion) is the only official housing company for this event. To ensure that your hotel accommodations are booked under the official negotiated hotel and room rates for Be+Well | Beauty & Wellness Shows, please only book through Connections Housing. 

Beware of soliciting travel agencies!
In past years, we have been alerted of several travel agencies aggressively soliciting event attendees. It is important to note that the information these agencies provide is often untrue, many times involving service fees, non-existent room blocks, non-refundable deposits and false rates. Don’t fall for their sales pitch! IMPORTANT! Remember to only book your hotel through Connections Housing as they are the only official housing company associated with this event.

CONTRACTOR, LEAD RETRIEVAL, ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIP SCAMS

Some exhibitors have reported that callers claiming to be the show contractor have threatened to cancel their booth space if they do not comply. These are scammers, please contact us immediately if you are contacted in this way. Lead retrieval equipment and service will be supplied by our exclusive partner Convention Services Data (CDS) and details will be found in the exhibitor manual. If you are ever unsure about a call or email, please contact your account representative.
